Want a Hand with your Project?
Let’s make your workspace work for you. From clever layouts to the perfect furniture, we’ll help you create a space that’s functional, stylish, and inspiring.
We design our furniture to last. At the end of its lifecycle, pieces can be refurbished or re-upholstered, helping our clients meet their sustainability goals. We also offer re-upholstery services for existing furniture, no matter who originally made it. This extends the life of products and reduces waste going to landfill.
We know carbon offsetting isn’t the whole answer, so instead, we focus on directly reducing our environmental impact. Our ISO 14001 framework helps us improve continuously, while annual audits keep us accountable. Our next step is working towards ISO 146064-1 certification.
We prioritise eco-friendly manufacturing – from energy-efficient production methods to responsibly sourcing raw materials. By focusing on reducing emissions, conserving resources, and protecting Aotearoa’s environment, we’re able to create furniture that’s functional, beautiful, and sustainable.
We’re a New Zealand owned and operated company, and we’re passionate about supporting our local community. We source sustainable local materials and employ local people, keeping our carbon footprint low while supporting jobs right here at home.
We’re dedicated to sustainability in every part of what we do. It’s built into the way we think, design, manufacture and deliver our furniture. Our operations are fully ISO 14001 accredited and Telarc registered for:
• ISO 14001 – Environmental Management Systems
• ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety
• ISO 9001 – Quality Management

We don’t believe in waste. Through our Product Stewardship programme, we repurpose as much furniture as possible by partnering with organisations who need it. This includes charities like St Vincent de Paul and schools around New Zealand.
We’re also committed to creating local jobs and ensuring our work benefits not just our clients, but the wider community too.
We’ve worked closely with clients to build product stewardship into projects. A great example is the University of Auckland’s B201 refurbishment:
• 50-year-old building refurbished for the Faculty of Arts, School of Sciences
• Six Green Stars for design, achieving 93/100 points, low carbon design
• 42.78 tonnes of BFG furniture removed – with 67.6% donated to the community
• We supplied 453 desks, task chairs, mobiles, and atrium furniture, all designed and built in NZ with sustainable raw materials
We know the world – and workplaces – are constantly changing. That’s why we’re always researching better ways to work, with sustainability and future-proofing in mind.
We’ve seen more clients choosing to refurbish rather than replace furniture, which means we’re investing more in upcycling and stewardship. At the same time, we’re responding to the growing demand for flexible workspaces by offering acoustic products and partnering with Hushoffice to provide meeting pods that maximise shared spaces.
We’re committed to evolving alongside our clients, always with an eye on sustainability and innovation.
