Clifton Webb began his journey with Bourneville Furniture Group (BFG) in 2003, the "year of the GOAT." Prior to joining BFG, Clifton started his career in office furniture retail and later worked for an international menswear brand, managing key retailers.
Since joining BFG, he has advanced from new business sales to General Manager and now Owner. Known for his technical skills, critical thinking, and adaptability, Clifton thrives on solving challenges and guiding his team. Outside of work, he finds joy spending time with his family and being out on the water. On weekends, you’ll often find him attending soccer games or mowing the lawns.

Kim Webb’s journey with Bourneville Furniture Group (BFG) began in 1998 as a receptionist. Over the years, she’s taken on various roles, gaining a deep understanding of the company. Now the owner and head of sales, Kim's drive and competitive spirit have played a key role in BFG's nationwide success and sales growth. Kim excels at understanding her clients' needs and finding the perfect furniture solutions. Her passion for manufacturing and furniture design, along with her love of client interaction, makes her role truly fulfilling.
Outside of work, Kim is happiest attending to her horses. Weekends find her immersed in family life, cheering on her kids at sports events, nurturing her garden, and caring for the animals on their small acreage block. When asked if she’d do anything else in another lifetime, Kim can’t imagine it—this is where she belongs.

Antony Douglas joined Bourneville Furniture Group (BFG) in 2020, just before the Covid lockdown, bringing over 25 years of experience in the commercial and industrial sectors. His career began at Warehouse Stationery, where he gravitated towards the furniture category, developing an appetite for providing bespoke and turnkey solutions.
Throughout his career, Antony has successfully led teams and delivered exceptional results for clients. He thrives on being part of and leading teams, collaborating closely with clients to turn ideas into fantastic fitouts.
Outside of work, Antony enjoys fishing, traveling, motorsports, and spending time with family and friends. In another life, Antony would be a philanthropist, supporting New Zealand’s charitable organizations. His top advice: "Never forget your team on the factory floor; they are just as important as any CEO."

Gemma Jorey has been a key part of Bourneville Furniture Group (BFG) since 2010, starting right after earning her Diploma of Business from Unitec. Known for her organizational skills, meticulous planning, and proactive approach, Gemma is a fountain of knowledge within the team and the company would crumble without her!
When she's not at work, Gemma loves spending time with her family and her two dogs, Jett and Storm. Her weekends often include walks with her dogs, watching movies, gardening, and baking. Instead of focusing on a bucket list, she’s all about living life to the fullest and finding happiness in every moment

David Coring began his journey with Bourneville Furniture Group (BFG) in 2004, working with the company until 2014, then rejoining in 2017. With a lifetime of experience as a cabinet maker, David has honed his craft and takes pride in tackling complex projects. David's ability to create one-of-a-kind pieces really sets him apart.
When he's not at BFG, you'll probably find him behind the wheel of his V8VK Commodore. His weekends are often spent working around the garden, shopping or enjoying time in the kitchen. The best advice he follows is, "Measure three times, cut once." At the top of David's bucket list is the dream of owning a place in the country.

Arun Joseph is an accomplished CAD/CAM Programmer with a specialized focus on joinery design, shopfitting, and furniture. Leveraging his extensive expertise in IMOS, Arun has consistently delivered high-quality design solutions tailored to client needs in the shopfitting and joinery sectors. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Graduate Diploma in CAD, which have equipped him with a robust technical foundation and a deep understanding of the nuances in computer-aided design and manufacturing. Arun’s background ensures a comprehensive approach to problem-solving and innovative design within his field.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Arun is an avid outdoors enthusiast. He enjoys hiking and fishing, finding these activities a perfect complement to his demanding work schedule, allowing him to recharge and draw inspiration from nature.

Pua Te Tai began his journey with Bourneville Furniture Group(BFG) in 2017as BFG’s very first apprentice. Passionate about woodwork from a young age, Pua started his career in the solid wood furniture industry, building a strong foundation over five years and completed his Certificate in Furniture Making Level 4 in2021. Pua brings leadership, industry experience, teamwork, problem-solving, and scheduling skills to his role. He enjoys the daily challenges, improving workflows, and finding solutions to complex problems.
Pua loves spending time with his two-year-old daughter & watching her turning into a mini-version of her mummy makes him so happy. On weekends, you’ll likely find him at the local butcher, deciding what to BBQ or smoke. The best advice he’s ever received was from his Dad which is “Life’s only hard if you make it hard so make it easy” and that’s one thing he lives his life by.

Tyler Foliga joined Bourneville Furniture Group (BFG) in 2017 in steel fabrication and welding. Over the years, he has developed his skills in these areas, eventually stepping into the role of Supervisor. Tyler enjoys creating unique and complex products, especially when working with steel. When he's notworking, he values quality time with his family and friends. Growing up in a Samoan family, Tyler learned from an early age the importance of family and they always come first for him.
When asked to share the best advice he’s received he says 'Stay in your own lane & keep tunnel vision. Don't let your emotions cloud your judgement.’

On the weekends, you’ll find him catching up with his mates, going on drives or working on his car. One thing he wants to tick off his bucket list is going back to Japan and doing even more exploring.

Tusi joined Bourneville Furniture Group in 2022 and brings a strong practical background across a range of hands on industries. Before joining BFG he worked as a stock picker, factory machine operator, and builder, developing the skills and experience that now support his work on installations around the country.
Tusi is known for his leadership, commitment, and ability to think quickly on site to keep installations running smoothly. One of the things he enjoys most about the role is travelling to different parts of New Zealand and seeing projects come together.
Outside of work, Tusi enjoys spending time with his family, often heading out for walks and adventures together. If he wasn’t in this role he would still be working in a building or construction related field. His best advice is simple: safety always comes first, and it’s important to share skills and knowledge with those around you. His biggest goal in life is making sure his family has a stable and well provided future.

Kapeli joined Bourneville Furniture Group with a broad background across installation, manufacturing, machine operating, fabrication, truck driving, forestry, and even security. His wide ranging experience has given him a practical skillset that translates well to installation work, where problem solving and precision are key.
Kapeli brings strong spatial awareness, attention to detail, and excellent time management to every project. With years of hands on experience, he also prides himself on building strong rapport with customers and ensuring every job is completed to a high standard with 100% customer satisfaction.
Outside of work, Kapeli enjoys spending time with his family and working on his car. Weekends often involve taking it out for drives or heading along to car meets and shows. One day he hopes to build a house for his parents and eventually retire back in the Pacific Islands.

Jacqui Perrett joined Bourneville Furniture Group in 2025, bringing extensive experience in customer service and sales support across the FMCG, medical, and wholesale industries. She has a strong background in managing end to end sales support processes, building lasting client relationships, and helping teams deliver efficient, high quality service. Known for her reliability and positive attitude, Jacqui enjoys working closely with different teams across the business and tackling challenges with determination. She also believes a positive workplace matters and enjoys bringing energy and humour to the team.
Outside of work, Jacqui enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her British Bulldog Ella. Weekends often involve CrossFit, relaxing with good company, or trips away to the Coromandel or Northland. She also has a long standing dream of running a home staging business… or perhaps a cheese train, although she admits the profits might disappear quickly.

Joseph brings a hands-on approach to his role at BFG, ensuring every installation is completed to the highest standard. Before joining BFG, he gained experience working with Mainfreight and Air NZ, building a strong foundation in teamwork and precision.
Outside of work, Joseph is an active sportsman, playing rugby on Saturdays, and a talented musician who enjoys performing both at home and at church with his family on Sundays. His guiding philosophy is: “Whatever you do, do it once, do it right.”

James has been part of the BFG team since 2024, bringing years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial building. He’s worked on everything from wharfs and jettys to pools, bridges, flooring, foundations, walls, and roofing. Always a team player, James combines his extensive skills with a practical, can-do attitude.
When he’s not on-site, James loves spending time with family and friends. Weekends are for recharging, whether that’s hiking, hitting the gym, tending the garden, or relaxing in the sauna. Guided by the motto “focus on your goal,” he’s driven both on and off the job, with the dream of one day walking the way of his ancestors.

Kupa Dolan joined Bourneville Furniture Group in 2025, although his connection with the company began earlier when he first started working with the team at just 16 while studying. After spending time at AUT studying Civil Engineering, he returned to BFG and has been part of the team on and off since 2022.
Kupa brings a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a friendly attitude to his role. He enjoys the hands-on nature of the work, particularly assembling furniture, learning new tools, and working in different environments. The variety of the job and the opportunity to learn something new each day are what he enjoys most.
Outside of work, Kupa stays active through rugby, gym training, and trail walks. He also enjoys relaxing with movies and spending time with family and friends. One day, he hopes to travel the world and experience different cultures and wildlife.

Nicholas joined BFG in 2025, bringing a passion for visual storytelling and creative design. With a background in graphic and social media design, he enjoys seeing how his work interacts with customers and thrives on combining organic marketing creativity with measurable results like leads and conversions.
Outside of work, Nicholas is hands-on and artistic. He spends his spare time drawing with ink pens and fine liners, experimenting with creative projects, and occasionally noodling on his guitar or catching live music. As a child, he dreamt of being an architect or veterinarian, though his love of freehand drawing ultimately steered him toward design.
At the top of his bucket list are seeing live performances by his favourite bands, exploring animation, and—just maybe—placing above third-to-last in the weekly pub quiz

Tracy Ashton joined Bourneville Furniture Group in 2025, bringing a diverse background across sales, marketing, retail, and administrative support. Her experience spans a range of industries including FMCG, the movie industry, furniture, leather, and interiors. Tracy enjoys the variety her role brings, working with people from many different sectors and gaining insight into the unique needs of each client and business. Known for her sense of humour and willingness to help, she values building positive relationships and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, often over great food at her favourite restaurants or attending concerts. A self confessed city lover, weekends usually involve exploring markets, coffee spots, good wine, and live music. At the top of her bucket list is travelling through Europe, especially Greece, ideally helped along by a well timed Lotto win.

His experience includes working as a crane operator, dogman/rigger, and precast foreman. Will enjoys the practical side of the job and takes pride in seeing projects completed to a high standard. Known for his leadership, ability to read plans, and strong work ethic, he values being part of a team that works together to get the job done.
Outside of work, Wills enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, and keeping active at the gym. Weekends are usually spent hiking or relaxing outdoors. His best advice is simple: be yourself, stay honest, and walk the talk.
