Edge Interiors - Settlement Hub

To support the delivery of a dynamic, inclusive workspace for the Settlement Hub — a shared office environment bringing together a collective community organisation.

The space needed to strike a careful balance: professional enough to support day-to-day operations, yet warm and welcoming for both staff and the wider community. It was important that the environment encouraged collaboration, while remaining approachable and reflective of the diverse organisations it serves.

Working alongside the design vision led by Edge Interiors, BFG partnered closely with the project team to understand the unique requirements of a multi-user, community-focused space.

With a footprint of 355sqm, the project required thoughtful planning and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Our approach focused on delivering flexible, durable furniture solutions that could support a variety of working styles while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic throughout.

Throughout the project, we prioritised clear communication, efficient delivery, and seamless installation to ensure a smooth outcome for all parties involved.

The result is a highly functional and welcoming workspace that successfully brings together a diverse group of organisations under one roof.

The Settlement Hub now provides an environment that supports collaboration, connection, and community engagement — while also delivering practical, day-to-day usability for its occupants.
