Goal

Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty engaged BFG to provide a turnkey FF&E fitout (DHB 2) for their executive team, with the purpose of bringing all the leadership team and their associated teams under one roof in a purpose-built workplace.

How We Went About It

Upon being selected as the successful tenderer for the FF&E package, in a highly competitive tender process in 2020, BFG worked closely alongside the Bay of Plenty DHB project team and Jigsaw Architects, to ensure the furniture selected was fit for purpose, allowing for collaboration between teams with focus areas and meeting spaces.

Included in this fitout were 160+ Apex Electric sit to stand desks and screens, Alto task chairs, metal tambour’s, meeting tables both static and folding, leaners & seating, training room furniture, Melteca lockers, Reception seating, Focus booths and Hush Meeting Pods.

This was a staged delivery and installation for a total supply fit-out across 2 levels. BFG were awarded the contract for total fit-out supply in November 2020, with project completion in June 2021.

Turn Out

Notwithstanding the logistical & supply chain challenges post the Covid outbreak, BFG managed a robust and timely delivery process across all floors.

BFG were privileged to work alongside Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty in realising an engaging workspace, supporting collaboration, whilst allowing spaces for divergent, convergent, critical & lateral thinking.
